Traditional healing

I offer traditional bodywork and energy treatment rooted in the art of hands-on healing and folk medicine traditions taught by Grandmothers. My work is gentle yet profound, reaching into the deep memory of the body and along the ancestral lines.

I do not use forceful manipulation of the body. Instead, I strive to open space for the body’s own healing. Sessions are done fully clothed, with the exception of womb/stomach massage.

I use healing songs and smudge with traditional local herbs as part of the healing. At times, a session may include more specific energetic clearings as needed, releasing stuck energies or entities.

My hands are guided by the Ancestors. I work with the support of my beloved plant allies.

I have special knowledge and experience in supporting womb healing and addressing challenges in the pelvic area, whether rooted in ancestral burdens, heavy experiences or aftereffects of surgeries.

I was taught that true healing is not about dependency. ideally, a single session may be enough. Some people may return for deeper or ongoing support, but my intention is to empower your own healing. For that reason, I also share simple self-healing techniques that you can take with you.

If you wish, I am always glad to share more about my teachers and the lineages of this work.
